Our fully customized option allows you to design your fur baby’s look from scratch. Begin the design process with an hour-long call with our designer to discuss your vision or to source inspiration from our expert in the field. Please be sure to thoroughly complete our booking form before your initial consultation to assure the process runs effortlessly. Your selection of fabric and details will depend on the current fashion season. The initial consultation will cost a non-refundable $200, which can be used towards the full cost of the final item.The entire design and production process will depend on your custom item and will start at the base price of $400.

1. Begin by recording your fur baby’s measurements & your own information and select among our base models and choose your preference for custom colors, fabrics, and embroideryon the provided booking form.

2. Set up an appointment for your video consultation with our designer and pay the required $200 fee.
3. Following your consultation with our designer, you will receive a sketch of your custom piece.
4. Upon your approval of the sketch, we will send you a fabric model to ensure the correct fit for your fur baby.
5. Notify us about any adjustments that we need to make for the final fit of the piece, and we will send you a link to the total payment.
6. Once you sanction the sample, we will notify you of your payment balance and require the payment transaction to be completed before we begin the next step in the design process.
7. We will then ship the finalized sample to our partner tailors.
8. Once we receive the final product, we will inspect your custom piece to ensure your satisfaction upon delivery.
9. Finally, your custom article will be shipped in our luxurious packaging.

In general, the estimated time of arrival for your finalized custom piece will fall somewhere between six (6) and eight (8) weeks; however, this estimation will depend on the design that was developed during your consultation with our designer. Your involvement in the design and production process is truly valuable to us, which is why we will periodically send you the progress of your custom design in the form of pictures and videos.

Step One – Back
- Using a soft tape measure, begin measuring at the base of the neck.
- Bring the tape measure down the length of the back of your dog and stop measuring at the base of the tail.
Step Two – Chest
- Using a soft tape measure, begin measuring in the center of your dog’s back.
- Wrap the tape measure fully around the chest of your dog until you reach the center of the back again.
Step Three – Neck
- Using a soft tape measure, begin measuring at the base of the neck.
- Wrap the tape measure around the neck, with some slight space for comfort, and connect to the other end.
